Overview

Colorado Collectibles is operated by Curtiss Custom Solutions LLC. Most inventory consists of unique meteorites, minerals, fossils, books, records, and related collectibles. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, please read listing details carefully and ask questions before purchase.

Ask before you buy

We encourage questions about condition, classification, provenance, shipping, and insured delivery before you complete a purchase. Use the product inquiry form on the listing, or contact us at contact@shopcoloradocollectibles.com.

General return approach

Unless a listing states otherwise, website sales are considered final once completed. We do, however, want buyers to receive what was described. If you believe an item was materially misdescribed, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

When a return may be approved

• The item differs materially from the listing description
• The wrong item was sent
• A significant condition issue was not disclosed and was not visible in listing photos

Returns are generally not offered for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or minor variations normal for natural specimens, used books, or vintage records.

Return process

• Contact us first — do not ship anything back without approval
• Approved returns must be packed carefully and shipped with tracking
• Unless we made an error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received and with any included documentation or packaging
• Refunds, if approved, are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item

High-value specimens

Meteorites and other high-value specimens may require direct inquiry, insured shipping, and special handling before purchase. Return terms for those items are confirmed during that conversation.

eBay purchases

Items purchased through our eBay seller account are governed by eBay's policies and the return terms stated in that specific listing.
